Our recipes are designed seasonally so that we source the majority of produce from right here on Vancouver Island, minimizing transportation emissions and delivering the freshest, most flavourful ingredients to your door.
We package as little as possible and all of the packaging you do receive is either reusable, compostable or recyclable. Most produce is simply packed in its own skin - don’t be surprised if you get a note saying, “whoah! that’s a big onion, use half and save half for something else” - we would rather send a little gift your way than make a cut that requires extra wrapping.
We deliver with a local zero-emissions courier or you can pick up from Victoria’s own refill grocery store, Zero Waste Emporium.
